James Alan Masters, 76 of Lansing passed away Friday, July 15, 2022, at Wheeling Hospital. He was born March 29, 1946, the son of the late Kenneth L. and M. Jane (Shriver) Masters.

James was retired from the former Clevite of Lansing as a Die-Setter, and Maintenance Operator of Blue Cross-Blue Shield. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving his country during the Vietnam Conflict. James was Methodist by faith.

Surviving are his wife of 46 years Marcia (Mielcarek) Masters, children; Paul L. (Jessica) Masters and Janice L. Masters, grandchildren Hailey N. and Evan P. Masters, brother; Richard L. (Ethel) Masters, his aunt Wilma Shriver, sister-in-law; Lynn Mielcarek, special friend of the family Nancy Klamut and many cousins complete the family.
