James E. McNickle, 61, of Ellett St., Martins Ferry, OH died Saturday, July 25, 2009 at his residence. He was born Feb. 6, 1948 in Martins Ferry a son of Ruth (Bruney) Murray and the late George McNickle. He retired from West Virginia Northern Community College as their Veteran's Coordinator. Jim was a member of the D.A.V. and a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam War. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by a brother Raymond Mcnickle. Surviving in addition to his mother is his fiance Lois (Rust) Baldwin. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family in Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry.
