James E. "Mouse" Brandenburg, 55, of St. Clairsville, OH, formerly of Wheeling, WV and Martins Ferry, OH died Mon., Mar. 22, 2004. He was born Oct. 1, 1948 in Wheeling a son of the late John P. and Betty M (Higgins) Brandenburg. He was formerly a crane operator for Weirton Steel. Surviving are two brothers John (Marian) Brandenburg of Bridgeport and George Brandenburg of Weirton, and three sisters Alice (John) Dowdell of Tiltonsville and Susan (Mike) Dowdell and Becky Brandenburg all of Martins Ferry. Friends will be received at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 611 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH, Saturday, Mar. 27, 2004 from 10 AM until time of memorial services at 11:00 AM when Rev. John P.
