James J. Perkins III, 28, of Belmont, Ohio, died Thursday, November 17, 2016 at his home. Born July 7, 1988 in Wheeling, West Virginia, he was the son of James J. Perkins II and Molly L. Holstein Perkins. He had a passion for music and singing. He enjoyed Union Local football and fishing. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, James Perkins, Sr. James is survived by his wife, Jessica Perkins of Belmont, Ohio; daughters, Julieann, Marissa, Hayley all of the home; father, James Perkins II of St. Clairsville, Ohio; mother, Molly Perkins of New Athens, Ohio; brother, Daulton Perkins of St. Clairsville, Ohio; maternal grandparents, Cindy and Kenny Kitlack, Ed and Janett Holstein; and paternal grandmother, Cheryl Perkins. Family and friends are invited to visit, Monday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and Tuesday 10 a.m. until the time of service beginning at 11 a.m., Patron Funeral Homes & Crematory Kelly Kemp Braido, 322 North Main Street, Bethesda, Ohio.
