Jane Ann (Cusick) Holzopfel, 50, of Martins Ferry, OH died Friday, Dec. 26, 2008 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV. She was born Oct. 16, 1958 in Glen Dale, WV the daughter of Thomas and Peggy (Williams) Cusick. She was a hostess at Applebee's Restaurant of St. Clairsville, OH and a member of the First Christian Church of Martins Ferry. Jane Ann was preceded in death by her daughter Nathalie Jane Holzopfel. In addition to her parents of Martins Ferry she is survived by her husband Ronald W. Holzopfel, two sons Nathan (Sarah) Holzopfel of Steubenville, OH and Seth Holzopfel of Myrtle Beach, SC, a brother Ron (Kellie) Cusick of Shadyside, OH, and her father-in-law and mother-in-law Ronald G. and Patricia J. Holzopfel of Martins Ferry. Friends will be received Tuesday 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2008 at 10:30 am with Minister Rod Kasler officiating.
