Jane L. Daugherty 69 of Mt. Pleasant passed away Saturday October 17, 2020 at Liza's Place Valley Hospice South. She was born October 13, 1951 in Mt. Pleasant, a daughter of the late Robert and Margaret (Becker) Daugherty.

She was a graduate of Mt. Pleasant High School and Jefferson Community College.   Jane was retired from Jefferson Behavioral Health System, where she was head of Clinical Records, a member of Scotch Ridge Presbyterian Church, and the Mt. Pleasant Historical Society.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Robert Daugherty, and a sister Suzanne Bowers.

Jane is survived by her friend Dr. J.G. Kramer, and her aunt Dorothy McCue.

Friends are invited to a funeral service at East Richland Friends Church 67885 East Richland Rd. St. Clairsville Ohio 43950 on Saturday October 24, 2020 at 10 am with Pastor Brian Pettit officiating, interment in Highland Cemetery Mt. Pleasant. Wilson Funeral Home 154 Second St. Dillonvale assisting the family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Mt. Pleasant Historical Society Po Box 119 Mt. Pleasant, Ohio 43939.
