Janet M. (Caruth) Frazier, 87, formerly of Martins Ferry, OH, died Monday, August 5, 2019 at Good Shepherd Nursing Home, Wheeling, WV. She was born February 9, 1932 in West Wheeling, Ohio a daughter of the late Harry and Jemima (Fagert) Caruth.

Janet was a retired children's Librarian for Martins Ferry Public Library and a member of Christ United Methodist Church.

Surviving are her husband of 68 years, George P. Frazier and her children; George S. (Debra) Frazier of Wheeling, WV, Michael E. (Charlene) Frazier of Wheeling, and Cheryl A. Frazier of Columbus, OH, siblings; Irvin Caruth of Bellaire, Bobby Caruth of Barnesville, OH, Glenda (Dave) Guthrie of Bellaire, and Joe (Paula) Caruth of Cape Coral, FL, 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received at Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, Thursday, August 8, 2019 from 6 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 8:00 p.m. with Pastor Tim Orr officiating.
