JANICE M. BROWN

Janice M. Brown, 66, of Barnesville, Ohio, passed away on January 8, 2020 at Barnesville Hospital.  She was born September 9, 1953 in Barnesville, daughter of Delmas and Daisy (Barrett) Long.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandmother, Argie Long.  Argie was Janice's inspiration, teacher, and best friend.

Janice's memory will be cherished always, by those who survive; daughters, Shelly Cross of St. Clairsville, Keri Brown (Dennis "Bipper" Naum) of Winston Salem, North Carolina, Mistie (Ralph) Capalingo of Bridgeport, Ohio, Tisa (Bruce) Miner of Belmont, Ohio, Aubern (Brent) VanFossen of Holloway, Ohio; grandchildren, Cierra, Haden, Alexa (Michael), Tristan, Cole, Reese, Brayden, and Daisy; great-granddaughter, Sadie; and her dear friend, Terry Brown.

In honoring Janice's wishes, a private Graveside Service will take place at Friends Cemetery with Pastor Christopher Figaretti officiating.

The family has entrusted Janice's care with Patron Funeral Homes & Crematory Kelly Kemp Braido, 702 E. Main Street, Barnesville.

The family would like to share a warm and heartfelt thank you to everyone at the Walton Home for the care, support, and love given to Janice and her family during her time spent there.  Their true devotion to residents and their families is a blessing.
