Jeannie Christine Hepburn, 68, of Martins Ferry passed away Thursday, February 11, 2021 in her residence.  She was born on April 1, 1952 in Fairbanks, Ak a daughter of Evelyn (Lish) Smith and the late Harry Green.  She was a counselor for Domestic Violence Prevention in Wheeling for several years and was an avid reader.

Jeannie is survived by her mother; her husband, Danny Hepburn; 2 sons, Rocky and Dustin Hepburn; 2 sisters, Rose Green and Tammy Tedeschi; a brother, Charles Green; grandchildren, Tyler Brown, Abby Hepburn and Destiny Davis and a great granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, Tom Green.

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic all services will be private.  Arrangements are entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Brookside.
