Jeffery Paul Houghton, 50, of Bridgeport, OH, passed Sunday August 20, 2017. He was born in Manchester, NH on March 3, 1967, a son of Rachel Cogar Skoda and Joseph Skoda. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brothers: Michael Houghton of Sarasota, FL, and Bruce Houghton of Green Love, FL; a sister Anastasia Lucas of Bethesda, OH.
