Martinkosky, Jennie Antoinettee, 96, of Lansing, Ohio, went home to be with her Lord on Tuesday August 20, 2013 peacefully at home. She was born in Adena, Ohio on June 23, 1917, a daughter of the late Stanley and Frances Tybushaski Mayeski. Jennie was a retired cook from St. Joseph Catholic School and an very active member of the Catholic Womens Club. Jennie was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Stanley Martinkosky; sisters: Virginia Zido and Josephine Mayeski; a brother Stanley Mayeski; infant sisters: Charlotte, Evelyn and Stephanie; and son-in-law Andrew Macioce. Jennie is survived by sons: Stanley "Stush" (Barb) Martinkosky of Chapel Hill, NC., John (Bev) Martinkosky of Riner, VA., James (Frances) Martinkosky of Lansing, with whom Jennie resided; daughters: Mary Frances Macioce of Pataskla, Ohio; Janie (David) Scheer of Greer, SC.; nine grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Friends will be received Friday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio, where vigil service will be held at 2:00pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday August 24, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Wolfhurst, Ohio, with Rev. John Mucha as celebrant.
