Jessica L. Frame, 26, of Benwood, WV, died Saturday, Sept. 5, 2015. She was born May 4, 1989 in Wheeling, WV a daughter of Jeannine (Richard) Zanol. In addition to her mother of Benwood she is survived by her children; Arionna Frame, Ja'Miere Coller and Malazja Coller all of Benwood, sisters; Jasmine Zanol and Jennie (Barry) Dobscha both of Washington, PA and a brother, Steven Cogar of Triadelphia, WV.
