Jessica Marie Worwa VanMeter, 34, of Mt. Pleasant, died Thursday May 28, 2015 at Ohio State University Medical Center Columbus, Ohio. She was born October 2, 1980 in Wheeling, a daughter of John and Sharon (Faunda) Worwa. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Gary Michael VanMeter, her maternal grandmother Minnie (Ensell) Faunda, and her paternal grandparents Stanley and Sylvia (Sowers) Worwa. Jessica is survived by he sons Drake Michael VanMeter of Smithfield, Landon Connor VanMeter of Mt. Pleasant, and Kadin William Renforth of Brilliant, her siblings Michelle (Chris) Atwood of TN, Sandy (Kenny) Coleman of Reno, NV, and John (Jamey) Worwa of Mt. Pleasant, her maternal grandparents James and JoAnn Faunda, also several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 154 Second St. Dillonvale on Tuesday June 2, 2015 from 3-8 pm, where services will be held on Wednesday at 11 am with Rev. James Hoff officiating, interment in Highland Cemetery Mt. Pleasant. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family.
