Jessie M. Mayhugh, 95, passed away June 2, 2016 at her daughter's home. She was born October 6, 1920, a daughter of the late Alexander and Myrtle (Adams) Barton. Jessie was a Protestant by faith and enjoyed embroidery and crocheting. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Harry Mayhugh; a son, Russell Mayhugh; her brothers, Edward, Okey, Sylvester, Elmer (Delmas), and Carl Barton; and sisters, Faye, Glenna, Ella and Viola Barton. Jessie is survived by her daughter, Lee Landers (Russell) of St. Clairsville; Grandchildren, Troy, Russell, Danny, and Nickie; and six great-grandchildren. Friends will be received Monday, June 6 from 11 until time of service at 1pm at Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Rd. Bridgeport, OH. Russell Landers will be officiating the service and interment will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens in Mt. Pleasant, Ohio.
