Jo Ann (Clevenger) Doersch, 71, of S. Broadway St., Wheeling, WV died Sat., July 28, 2007 at home after a long bout with cancer. She was born Mar. 12, 1936 in Martins Ferry, OH a daughter of the late Porter E. and Icie (Skidmore) Clevenger. She was a Baptist by faith. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by five brothers Harry, Porter, Jr., Kenneth, James, and Robert Clevenger, and two sisters Mary McAninch and Elizabeth Fisher. Surviving are her husband Wallace Doersch, a daughter Dr. Mary Kay (Richard) Doersch-Clack of Tazewell, VA, a grandson Randolph Clack, a brother Lawrence (Pat) Clevenger of Goose Creek, SC, three sisters Sandra Kay Clevenger and Opal Dillan both of Wheeling, and Clarice (Roy) Martin of Belmont, OH, 24 nieces and nephews, and numerous great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Monday, July 30, 2007 from 1-3 and 6-8 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
