Jo Ann Fletcher Jo Ann Hinkle Fletcher, 74, of Walnut Ave., St. Clairsville, OH, died Sat. Apr. 20, 2002 at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, WV. She was born Aug. 23, 1927 in Elkins, WV a daughter of the late Martin Walter and Anna D. Booth Hinkle. She was a retired teacher of Cosmetology at Belmont Career Center, a member of the First Methodist Church of Martins Ferry, Gardeners Forum of St. Clairsville and Iota-Lamda- Sigma. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters Garnet Kotchka and Margaret Hughes and a grandson Gregory Lee Hess. Surviving are her husband Ronald E. Fletcher, two sons Ronald R. Fletcher of Thornton, CO, and James D. Fletcher and his wife Shawn of Martins Ferry, a daughter Ronda Hess and her husband Gregory of Powell, a brother Jerry A. Kotchka of Moorestown, NJ, and four grandchildren Heidi Hess of Dublin, Bradford Hess of Plano, TX, Hayden Fletcher and Haley Fletcher both of Martins Ferry. Friends will be received at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH Mon. 2-4 & 7-9 PM where services will be held Tues. at 11:00 AM with Rev. Don McKelvey officiating. Burial follows in Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry.
