Joan Marie Aubrey, 71, of Wintersville formerly of Bridgeport, passed away on Monday, December 3, 2018 in Sienna Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation.  She was born in Brooklyn, NY, on May 15, 1947 a daughter of the late Charles and Marie (Galagro) Kirschgessner.  Joan was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Tiltonsville, retired from Wheeling Medical Park, she also loved camping and animals.

She is survived by her daughters, Paula (Jane) Aubrey-Biggie of Toronto and Lisa Henry of Steubenville; special grandchildren, Kayla, Chris, Della, Kylie and Gabby; special nieces, Laura Rosa and Tonya Koch; a special nephew Hector Jones and many close friends.

Joan was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, William and Tom Williamson and a sister, Lucille Jones.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 8:30 pm in the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Brookside with Father William Cross officiating.  Friends may call Thursday from 6 pm until the time of the service.
