Joan D. Robards, of Belmont, Ohio, passed away Sunday, March 4, 2018 at the age of 63.  She was born March 2, 1955 to Nancy and the late Dale Clymer. She had worked as a Bank Officer for WesBanco. Joan was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, and sister, bringing many gifts to the lives she touched. Joan is survived by her husband of 44 years, Dennis Robards of Belmont, Ohio; daughter, Billie Jo (Joshua) Amos of Jacobsburg, Ohio; grandsons, Logan, Jesse, Forrest, and Calvin; mother, Nancy Clymer of Independence, Ohio; brothers, Lee Clymer of Independence, Ohio and John (Eileen) Clymer of Strongsville, Ohio.  She was a cherished aunt to several nieces and nephews. At Joan's request, there will be no visitation or service.  Her family will celebrate her life together privately, as she requested.
