JoAnn (Forrester) Bell, 65, of Spence Ln, Martins Ferry, OH, formerly of Nixons Run Rd., Martins Ferry died Saturday, Sept. 27, 2008 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. She was born May 30, 1943 in Wheeling, WV a daughter of the late Joseph Forrester and Violet (Whitt) Forrester Fair. She was retired from East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry, and a Christian by faith. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother and a sister. Surviving are her husband of twenty-three years Charles E. Bell , a son David Lee Borck, Jr. of SC, a daughter Penny Sue Plumley of Euclid, OH, four brothers, two sisters, two grandchildren and one great grandchild. Friends will be received Tuesday, 6-8 and Wednesday 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Thursday, Oct. 2, 2008 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Fred Compston officiating.
