Joann C. Perri, of N. Zane Hwy, Martins Ferry, OH died Mon., Mar. 15, 2004 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. She was born Oct. 27, 1938 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late Ralph "Jimmy" and Minnie Carpino Perri. She was a retired substitute school teacher, and a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church and Eagles Ladies Auxiliary both of Martins Ferry. Surviving are two sisters Celia (Ronald) Stewart of Elm Grove, WV and Annette (F.R.) Aprea of Wheeling. Friends will be received at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH, Thursday, Mar. 18, 2004 from 11:00 AM until time of graveside services at 1:00 PM at Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry with Father Thomas Magary officiating.
