JoAnne Kinsey, 70 of Dillonvale passed away Friday, May 12, 2023, at Wheeling Hospital. She was born July 17, 1952, the daughter of the late Leroy and Anne (Kucera) Humphrey.

She was a homemaker, a loving and devoted wife to her husband, and mother to her children.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Ralph Kinsey, sons, Derek Kinsey of Dillonvale, Brian, and Greg Kinsey both of Tiltonsville, daughter, Amy (Ron Hull) Kinsey of Bridgeport, two brothers, Dennis Humphrey of Nevada, and Charles Humphrey of Rayland, two grandchildren and one great-grandchild complete the family.

Private services will be held at the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Bridgeport. Burial to follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
