Joseph Savor "Skeets" Fillippi, 67 of Dillonvale passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2022, at EORH. He was born September 16, 1954, in Martins Ferry, he was the son of the late Norman "Boss" and Irene (Slivenski) Fillippi.

Joe worked in the Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Company for 36 years, he was the proud owner of the Roosevelt Inn in Piney Fork. He retired from United States Postal System. He was a member of the St. Adalbert Catholic Church, Dillonvale, Pine Valley Sportsmen's Club, Sons of the American Legion, and the Dillonvale Eagles.

Joe is survived by his loving wife Toni (Yanczura) Fillippi, daughters; Sarah (Ben) Baldwin, Linda (Christopher) McWilliams and Gina Fillippi (Nick Gonzales), three grandsons; Jordan, Luke and Logan Baldwin, brother; Tom (Jullie) Fillippi and niece Jamie (Kevin) Norckauer.

Family will receive friends on Sunday, May 1, 2022, from 2-4 and 6-8 at the Wilson Funeral Home, 154 Second Street, Dillonvale 43917. Mass of Christian burial will be Monday, May 2, 2022, at 10 am at St. Adalbert Catholic Church – Dillonvale, Mrsg. Kolesar officiating. Burial will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
