Joel Scott Kocher, 43, of Cambridge, Ohio died Saturday, July 13, 2013 at his home. He was born March 13, 1970 in Bellaire, Ohio, son of James F. Kocher and M. Vickie Blevins Kocher. Joel was a carpenter and landscaper. He had a deep love for his family. Joel proudly served his country in the United States Army. Joel is survived by parents, James (Susan) Kocher and Vickie Kocher; daughter, Elizabeth Kocher; son, Michael Kocher both of Cambridge, Ohio; sisters, Jennifer Kocher, Jamie Kocher both of Columbus, Ohio, Jodie (Brad) Munson of Bellaire, Ohio; brothers, James Marks of Barberton, Ohio, Brock (Christina) Bandy and Greg (Mandy) Bandy all of Bethesda, Ohio. Visitation for Joel will be Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m., Kelly Kemp Braido & Patron Funeral Home, 322 North Main Street, Bethesda, Ohio where the service will be conducted, Wednesday at 11 a.m. Pastor Don Hornsby will be officiating. Interment will follow at Olive Branch Cemetery, Harrisville, Ohio. A very special thank you to Julie Schnell for her special love, care, and positive attitude she shared unselfishly.
