JOHN F. COSTELLO, JR., 68, of Rayland, Ohio, formerly of Miami, Florida, died Sunday, September 27, 2009 at his home. He was born July 16, 1941 in Louisville, KY, the son of the late John Costello Sr. and Isabel (Perkins) Costello. John was the owner/operator of John F. Costello Construction in Florida and was a member of St. Lucy Catholic Church in Yorkville, OH. He was a 40 year member of the Carpenters Union Local 125 in Miami and a 10 year member of the Carpenters Union Local 186 in Steubenville. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters Peggy Buchanan, Isabel Kindervater and Margaret Rose Stewart; and a grandson Kenneth Costello, Jr. John is survived by his wife Louise Costello of Rayland, OH; two sons Ken of Rayland, OH and John III of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; a daughter Sandra Lemin of Rayland, OH; and seven grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Wilson Funeral Home, 102 Main St. Tiltonsville, OH. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday at 11 am at St. Lucy Catholic Church in Yorkville with Father Daniel Heusel and Father David Huffman concelebrating. Interment will follow at Hopewell Cemetery.
