John Christopher Curran, 59 of Bellaire formerly of Martins Ferry passed away Saturday, August 6, 2022. He was the son of the late Michael L. and Marge (Valoric) Curran.

He was a retired Air & Heating repair person, a member of St. John Catholic Church, Bellaire, Knights of Columbus Council # 1421 – Martins Ferry and a 1981 graduate of St. John Central High School, Bellaire.

Surviving are his brothers; Michael of Seeley Lake, MT, Kevin (Nancy) of Loxahatchee, FL, Tom (Barbara) of Huron, OH, David of Bellaire, OH, sisters; Cathy Treece of Vocaville, CA, Mary M. (Gary) Kosky of Bellaire, OH, Patricia (Harry) Tracy of Piedmont, OH, Martha (Jeff) Blumling of Myrtle Beach, SC and 20 nieces and nephews complete the family.

Family will receive friends for a memorial mass at 11am on Saturday, August 27, 2022, at St. John Catholic Church, 415 37th St., Bellaire. Fr. Dan Huesel will be officiating. Burial to follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Bellaire. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Valley Hospice 10686 St. Rt. 150 Rayland, Ohio 43943.
