John R. "Dick" Bellville, Jr., 59, of Plymouth. IN, formerly of Adena, OH passed away on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at his home. John was born on May 12, 1959 in Wheeling, WV to John "Dick" Bellville, Sr. and Patricia Ann (Thalman) Bellville.

He graduated from Martins Ferry High School in OH and entered into the U.S. Navy after graduation.

He managed and served as locksmith of the Kennedy Hardware Store in Wheeling, WV for many years.

He was a Catholic by faith and has lived in Plymouth for the last three years.

Survivors include his mother, Patricia Ann (Thalman) Bellville of Wheeling, WV, two sisters; Debbie (Mike) Kaiser of Martins Ferry and Linda (Steve) Charron of Sophia, NC: two brothers, Chuck (Kristy) Bellville of Martins Ferry and Mike (Gail) of Suwanee, GA. Also surviving are his fiancé, Jennifer Fox of Plymouth, step children, Shannon Thompson and Dale Jackson, step grandchildren, a great grandchild and nieces and nephews: Scott, Michelle, Haily, and Jacob.

He was preceded in death by his father John "Dick" Bellville, Sr. in 1995.

Family and friends will be received at Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH, Saturday, November 17, 2018 from 1 pm until time of a Memorial Service at 3:00 pm with Rev. William O. Webster officiating.
