John C. Frank Sr. 51, of Rayland passed away Tuesday April 6, 2021 at Trinity West Hospital Steubenville. He was born August 18, 1969 in Martins Ferry, a son of the late Roger W. and Julianna (Kensicki) Frank. He was an employee of Bill's Towing as a heavy hauler, a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church Tiltonsville, a US Army Veteran of Cadiz #660, the Yorkville Post of the VFW, and the McCook Post of the American Legion. John is survived by his loving wife Christina (Neuman) Frank, his children Elizabeth Frank, and John Frank Jr. both of Rayland, his siblings Tim (Melinda) Frank of Dillonvale, Barbara Frank of Bridgeport, Susan (Bill) Burris of St. Clairsville, Sebastian Frank of Columbus, Cindy Lee of Sparta, OH, and Roger J. Frank of Watertown, NY, also several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 154 Second St. Dillonvale on Monday from 3-5 and 6-8 pm, where services will be held on Tuesday at 11 am with Fr, William Cross officiating, interment will be held at Arlington National Cemetery a later date.
