John J. Janiszewski, 67 of Lansing, Ohio passed away, Sunday, January 16, 2022, at Wheeling Hospital. He was born February 18, 1954, the son of the late Robert and Jennie (Krajewski) Janiszewski.

He was Catholic by faith. John retired from Kalkreuth Roofing. He was an avid Ohio State Football fan as well as a Pittsburgh Steeler fan, he loved fishing and was an active member of the Lansing Sportsman Club.

In addition to his parents John was preceded in death by his loving wife, Peggy.

He is survived by his siblings; James (Lori) Janiszewski of Blaine, Jerry (Patty) Janiszewski of Lansing and Connie Phillips of Blaine, nephews; Brandon Janiszewski, and Joseph Phillips, nieces; Brianne Janiszewski, Amanda (Andrew) Greene and Valerie (Zac) Jones.

According to John's wishes all services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
