John S. Oxley, 66, of Glenns Run Rd., Martins Ferry, OH died Tuesday, October 31, 2006 at Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling, WV. He was born June 13, 1940 in Steubenville, OH a son of the late George B. and Anna (Zilka) Oxley. He was a retired truck driver. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers William and Richard Oxley. Surviving are a daughter Barbara A. Anshutz and her husband Eric of Toronto, OH, and good friends Dan and Karen Divjak and their family. Friends will be received Sat., Nov. 4, 2006 at Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH from 11:00 AM until time of service at 1:00 PM with Fr. Joseph Wilhelm officiating.
