Joseph Michael Bailey, 24, of Dillonvale, Ohio, passed Saturday June 6, 2015. He was born in Bellaire, Ohio on April 8, 1991, a son of Tia (Bailey) Kovalski and the late John Stanley Kovalski. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his grandfather Martin Kovalski Sr. He really loved doing tattoos and a bunch of people are walking around with his work tattooed on them, which is a good feeling for his family. In addition to his mother, he is survived by brothers: John Kovalski Jr., Zachary Kovalski; sisters: Autumn Wilson, Kaitlyn Kovalski, Desiree Kovalski; grandparents: Joe and Pam Bailey and Grandmother Mary Kovalski. There will be no visitation and a memorial service will be held at a later date. The family is being assisted by Wilson Funeral Home, 154 Second Street, Dillonvale, Ohio.
