Joseph Emil Kochur, 75, of Dillonvale, OH, passed Tuesday February 7, 2017 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born June 29, 1941, a son of the late Joseph E. and Emily Broz Kochur. He was a retired employee of Consol Energy, a member of Ohio Valley Mountain Men, enjoyed going to Pennyroyal Blue Grass, member of the Archeologist Society and an active NRA member. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister Lynda Brandon and a brother Paul Edward Kochur. Joseph is survived by his loving wife of 56 years Patricia Ann (Mercer) Kochur, a son Brian (Debbie) Kochur of New Philadelphia, OH; daughters: Melissa (Keith) Dagan of Adena, Sue Kochur Miller of Martins Ferry, OH; a sister Alice Quertermous of FL., eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
