Joseph K. Malek Jr. (Magic Joe) 0f Boydsville, Ohio left his place on earth Wednesday July 29th 2015 to be with our Lord, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was at home with his family beside him. He was born April 8, 1939, the son of the late Joseph Malek Sr. and Mary Evola Roskovich Malek. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Nellie Dudek. Joe is survived by wife Donna (Kusic) Malek, step-daughter Stacey (Adam) Campbell and step-son John (Conishia) Kusic, Nephew Frank Dudek Jr. of Stow, and Ronald Dudek of Northfield, a niece Mary Jo (Bill) Aichelle of Northfield. Joe also had ten grandchildren that he reminded daily to "stay strong, no excuses, and follow your dreams". Devyn Alex Stidd, Brian "Soup" Campbell, Tres Campbell, Gia Angelina Campbell, Carlos Kusic, Santino Kusic, Jaida Kusic, Emilio Saldana, Octiviana Saldana, and his little buddy Nico. According to Joe's wishes there will be no visitation and private services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
