O'Neil, Joseph L. 50, of Bridgeport Died Friday March 29, 2013 at East Ohio Regional Hospital Martins Ferry. He was born December 10, 1962 in Cincinnati, Ohio, a son of the late Lawrence and Theresa Mae (Coyne) O'Neil. He was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church Bridgeport, and a carpenter by trade. Joe is survived by his loving wife Marleen (Scott) O'Neil, a daughter Cheyenne Mosby of Bridgeport, granddaughters Railee Jean Elizabeth, and Lucianna Theresa Marie, a sister Ann (Jeff) Reck of Pittsburgh Pa., two nieces Heather, and Erica Reck. Friends will be received at Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside Thursday April 4, 2013 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm, where services will be held on Friday at 11 am with Msg.
