Joseph David Violet Sr., 59, passed away July 2, 2016 at home. He was born November 22, 1956 in Wheeling, WV a son of the late Edward and Rose (Vascheresse) Violet. In addition to his parents Joseph is preceded in death by his brothers; Robert Violet Sr., Harry Violet, and Ernie Violet. He is survived by his children Joseph D. Violet Jr., of Martins Ferry, Matthew Violet of Martins Ferry, Richard Violet of Wheeling, WV, and Nicole Violet of Wheeling, WV; 4 grandchildren; brothers, Tom Violet Sr., Edward (Brenda) Violet Jr., Kenny Violet; sisters, Delores Haglock, Margaret Case, Sondra Violet, and Melissa (Robert) Violet Smith; and a host of nieces and nephews.
