Obituary

Josephine D. Probst 73 of Colerain passed away on Saturday January 2, 2021 at Wheeling Hospital Acuity Care Wheeling. She was born December 17, 1947 in Bellaire, a daughter of the late Joseph and Dina (Barsanti) Olinski. She was retired from the Ohio Department of Corrections System, St. Clairsville, a member of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church Colerain, where she sang in the choir, she was also was a canter. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Mike Olinski. Josie is survived by her loving husband of 54 years James L. Probst, two sons Brian (Kathy) Probst of Martins Ferry and Greg (Mandy) Probst of St. Clairsville, a sister Mary Jane Olinski of Columbus 2 grandchildren Lyndsee and Logun Probst, a sister-in-law Linda Olinski of Colerain. Friends and family will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside on Thursday January 7, 2021 from 4-8 pm, with wake service at 5:30 Thursday at the Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10 am at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church with Fr. William Cross and Fr.
