LANTZ, Josephine T. Jurco, 84, of Bridgeport, Ohio, died Friday, September 26, 2008, at home. She was bon in Barton, Ohio on October 2, 1923, a daughter of the late Stephen and Anna Dolak Jurco. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles V. Lantz; two sons, David Lantz and Charles V. Lantz Jr. Duke ; and two sisters, Anna Engelmeier and Margaret Zann. Josephine is survived by four sons, Michael Lantz of Yorkville, Ohio, Robert and Richard Lantz, both of Bridgeport and Edward Lantz of St. Clairsville; two brothers, Steve Jurco of Bellaire and Andrew Jurco and his wife, Linda, of St. Clairsville; two sisters, Catherine Abel and her husband, Robert, of Wolfhurst, and Elizabeth Homard of Bridgeport; ten grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends will be received Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday September 30, 2008 at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Wolfhurst, with the Rev. John Mucha as celebrant.
