Joshua S. "Josh Delly" Delbrugge, 25, of Martins Ferry, OH died Friday, January 23, 2015 at his residence. He was born February 15, 1989 in Wheeling, WV a son of Scott R. Delbrugge of Washington, PA and Lisa Minder (Doug) DeVault of Martins Ferry. Josh worked as a coal miner for Compliance Staffing Agency of Canonsburg, PA. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Martins Ferry. Josh was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Joseph E. Minder. Surviving in addition to his parents are his sisters; Angie R. Haberfield of St. Clairsville, OH and Sarah E. Delbrugge of Zanesville, OH, paternal grandparents; Charles and Marilyn Delbrugge of Wheeling, WV, maternal grandmother Bernadette Minder of Martins Ferry, niece Madison Haberfield and several aunts and uncles. Family and friends will be received at Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH, Wednesday 4-8 pm. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated Thursday, January 29,2015 at 10:00 am at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Martins Ferry with Rev. Thomas A. Magary officiating.
