Joyce Lorraine Balk, 64, of Bridgeport, Ohio, passed Saturday June 17, 2017 at Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling. She was born in Washington, PA on July 6, 1952, a daughter of the late George and Wilda Bippus Trussell. Joyce was an employee of Mace's of Wheeling. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by sisters: Darlene Peake and Cindy Cowden. Joyce is survived by her former husband Raymond Balk, sons: Tim Cunard of Richmond, VA, James Cunard of Holloway, Ohio; a daughter Jennifer Murphy; a brother George Trussell Jr, a sister Barbara Green, grandchildren: Kelsi, Hannah, Hope, Chasadie, Josh and Evelyn.
