Joyce E. (Brown) Mitchell, 75, of Bridgeport, OH died Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2015 at Park Health Center, St. Clairsville, OH. She was born June 17, 1940 in Martins Ferry, OH a daughter of the late Richard and Ida R. (Harris) Brown. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter Jamie Lynn Mitchell. Surviving are her children; James (Pam) Mitchell, Jr. of Morgantown, WV and Joy A. (Phillip) Reynolds of Colerain, OH, grandchildren: Shannon N. Mitchell, Olivia Mitchell, Caleb Reynolds and Isaac Reynolds, one great grandchild, Jalynn Fike and also survived by Melissa Mitchell of Preston Co., WV. Friends will be received Monday, Oct. 19, 2015 at Holly Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Pleasant Grove, OH from 10:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am with Minister Rod Kasler officiating.
