Joyce M. Jenewein, 67, of Belmont, Ohio passed away at Wheeling Hospital, Saturday, July 30, 2011. She was born in Morristown, Ohio December 20, 1943, to the late Willard Burghy and Betty June Hinkle Burghy. Joyce was a retired Sergeant with the Belmont County Sheriff's Department with 20 years of service. She was a member of Hunter Christian Church and Bethesda Senior Center. She is survived by her husband, David M. Jenewein; son, Dwight (Christine) Jenewein of Belmont, Ohio; grandchildren, Noah and Chloe; sister, Lori (Dane) Cheek of Greensboro, North Carolina; brothers, Marvin (Sharon) Burghy, Randy (Faith) Burghy both of Bethesda, Ohio, and Willard (Brenda) Burghy of St. Clairsville, Ohio. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Ebenezer Cemetery, Bethesda, Ohio. Minister Tim Kemp will be officiating.
