Joyce H. (Runnion) Jackson, 60, of Grandview St., Rayland, OH died Tuesday, July 5, 2011 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry, OH. She was born Nov. 25, 1950 in Martins Ferry, OH a daughter of the late Clarence and Alberta (Hungerman) Runnion. She was a member of Church of the Nazarene, Martins Ferry, OH. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son Robert Cole, two brothers Robert and Clarence "Bud" Runnion, a sister Karen S. Bishop. Surviving are her children Jeffrey (Melissa) Runnion of Tiltonsville, OH, Amy Runnion of Rayland, OH, William Cole of Bellaire, OH, Jamie Jackson of Martins Ferry, and Eric Jackson of Bellaire, OH, four sisters Patsy (Ken) Speidel of Parkersburg, WV, Phyllis (Richard) Easthon, and Vickie (Willie) Kettler both Wheeling, WV, and Linda Rupp of Martins Ferry, seven grandchildren Robert Runnion, Nathanial, Kaitlyn, Allison, and Jenna Jarrell, Michael, and Alexis Cole. Friends will be received at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH, Thursday 6-8 pm and Friday, July 8, 2011 from 11:00 am until time of services at 1:00 pm with Pastor Michael Kimball officiating.
