Judith M. Archer, 67, of Virginia St., Martins Ferry, OH died Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2005 at The Ohio State University Medical Center, Columbus, OH. She was born Feb. 13, 1938 in Wheeling, WV the daughter of the late Floyd W. "Pete" and Anna Lenora (Young) Brock. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Martins Ferry. Surviving are her husband Robert L. Archer, a daughter Cindy (Dan) McCardle of Galloway, OH, three sons David S. Archer of Martins Ferry, Michael T. Archer of Worthington, OH, and Brian J. (Gina) Archer of Haydenville, OH, and three grandchildren Eric and Adam McCardle and Kara Archer. Friends will be received Friday 6-9 PM and Saturday, Aug. 6, 2005 from 10 AM until time of services at 11:00 AM with Rev. Van D. Fisher officiating at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH. Burial follows in West Alexander Cemetery, West Alexander, PA. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
