Judith Rose Ferrel, 66 of Wheeling, WV passed away Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at East Ohio Regional Hospital in Martins Ferry. She was born March 13, 1955, in Bannock Ohio the daughter of the late Robert W. and Dolores (Rothacher) Horner.

Judith had a zest for life and lived each day to the fullest. The greatest joy and accomplishment in her life was her family.

She is survived by life partner Keith Schneider, her children; Robert (Donna) Neunz, Vivian (Bill Burris) Works, Jodi (Alex) Boissy, Amber Evans, Keith (Shyria) Works, Jr. and Michael (Paulette) Works, sisters; Sharlene Howard of CA, Louise Matusik of New Concord OH, Phyllis Grubb of PA, Robyn Shaheen of St. Clairsville, and brother Richard Horner of West Wheeling, OH, 18 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren complete her family.

Friends will be received Monday, January 24, 2022, from 11-1 and 3-5 at the Wilson Funeral Home, 930 National Rd, Brookside, Oh. The family will eulogize Judith at 5pm following the visitation.
