Judith Ann (Marsh) Bandi, 68, of Martins Ferry, OH, died Thursday, August 14, 2014 at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, WV. She was born July 19, 1946 in Zanesville, OH a daughter of Fred A. Marsh and the late Sarah E. "Sally" (Plumb) Marsh. She had two sisters Jean and Marlene. Wife to Kenneth W. Bandi of Rayland, OH and loving Mother to Karen S. Bandi of Tiltonsville,OH and Janet (Ken) Sempkowski of Glen Robbins, OH, Kenneth W. (Penny) Bandi, Jr. of Rayland, OH and Michael J. (Kelley) Bandi of Martins Ferry. She is a Grandmother to six grandchildren Kenny Sempkowski, Leah Sempkowski, Bastian Bandi, Lincoln Bandi, Harrison Bandi, and Josh Abshire. Private graveside services will be held at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH with Rev. Fr. Dan Heusel officiating.
