Judith Dale Steinman Judith Dale Steinman, 67, of St. Clairsville, OH formerly of Martins Ferry, OH died Fri., July 5, 2002 at home. She was born Jun. 6, 1935 in Wheeling, WV a daughter of the late Edward "Doc" and Beryl M. Fredrick Steinman. She was a Lutheran. Surviving are a brother Keith E. Steinman and his wife Sue of Brunswick, OH, a sister Pamela G. Cook of St. Clairsville, two nephews Ryan and Kent, two nieces Jackie and Barb, three great nephews and a great niece. Friends will be received at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH on Tues., July 9, 2002 from noon until time of services at 2:00 PM with Rev. Judith Campas officiating.
