Judy A. Loper 75, of Mt. Pleasant passed away Tuesday July 12, 2022, at Trinity Hospital Steubenville. She was born February 5, 1947, in Martins Ferry, a daughter of the late Ellsworth and Lula Mae "Bell" (Welshans) Loper.

She was a member of the 1st Methodist Church Mt. Pleasant, an employee of McKeen Security, and the Fellowship of Rebecca Lodge.

Judy is survived by a sister Naomi (Rich) Boroski of Las Vegas, and a brother Patrick Loper of Lake Placid, FL, also 6 nieces and nephews, and many great and great-great nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 154 Second St. Dillonvale, on Friday July 15, 2022, from 11am till time of service at 1pm, with Pastor Stephen Browning officiating, interment will be at Holly Memorial Gardens Pleasant Grove. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Tony Teramana Cancer Center 3204 Johnson Road Steubenville, Ohio 43952.
