Judy E. Carley 72, of Bridgeport, passed away Sunday, December 4, 2022, in East Ohio Regional Hospital.  She was born on October 9, 1950, in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late Albert K. Rinkes and Netamay (Dayton) Rinkes.  Judy enjoyed baking, tables games and coloring, she was also an avid New England Patriots fan.

She is survived by her son, Charles (Delores) Carley; daughters, Mona Meeker and Rita Carley; a brother, Thomas (Betsy) Rinkes; sisters, Sylvia Wyatt, and Violet (Kenneth) Blinco; 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents and six brothers.

Friends may call Thursday from 11-1 in the Wilson Funeral Home, Heslop Chapel, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry.  Funeral services will be held at 1 pm Thursday in the funeral home, with Reverend James Hoff officiating.  Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery.
