Julia Ann Groux, 86, of Martins Ferry, OH, passed away June 22nd, 2017 at Liza's Place. She was born December 24, 1930, in Martins Ferry, OH a daughter of the late John and Julia (Morfea) Montello. She was a 1948 graduate of Martins Ferry High School, 1957 graduate of West Liberty State College, and obtained a Master's Degree in Education from Ohio University in 1960. She was a retired Associate Professor at West Liberty State College, and a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Brookside. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Fred C. Groux Jr; sisters, Jennie Stanko and Angeline Renat; and brother, Ralph Montello. Julia is survived by several nieces and nephews. A private service was held. Interment at Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry. Arrangements entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd.
