June Fabian Harris, 93, of Lansing, Ohio, passed Thursday May 31, 2012 at Wheeling Hospital. She was born in Lansing on April 4, 1919, a daughter of the late Joseph and Nellie Ptak Fabian and she was a member of the Lansing United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Daniel Harris; a grandson: Daniel West; a brother Stanley Fabian and three sisters: Violet Thompson, Helen Hunter and Vern Kidney. June is survived by a son Thomas S. Harris and his wife Roslyn of Fort Mill, SC., a daughter Sharon West and her husband Dr. Charles West of Lilburn, GA., grandchildren: Thomas James (Deborah) of Indian Trail, NC., Susan Hooper (Aaron) of Charlotte, NC., Dr. Laura Townsend (Dylan) of San Diego, CA., and six great grandchildren. Friends will be received Saturday June 2, 2012 from 9:00 am until the time of service at 10:30 a.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio, with Rev. Julianne Gebbie, officiating.
