June Rose Schwender, 80, of St. Clairsville, OH died April 6, 2006 at Forest Hills Retirement Center, St. Clairsville. She was born June 16, 1925 in Martins Ferry, OH a daughter of the late Ralph E. and Elizabeth A. (Riell) Schwender. Miss Schwender was employed by the former J. L. Stifel & Sons of Wheeling,, the Martins Ferry Plant of Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel, and retired from the U.S. Dept. of Energy, Washington, DC. She was Episcopalian by faith. Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family at Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry with Rev. John P. Brandenburg officiating.
